Dan, Denise and Hannah came up. Fri. jan. 30th it was freezing in the cabin, drove around trying to find a place whose kitchen wasn't closed. Went down to Willows Rd to go snowshoeing by the river on Saturday. Left Sunday.

Mike, Beth, Rob, Jackie, & Chris (along with Skully, Max, Pauly, & RJ) came up for Tip Up Town. Mike & I arrived to about 2 1/2' of snow in the drive and spent the rest of the daylight shoveling out room for cars. It was about 16° in the cabin so it took about six hours for the toilet to thaw. Saturday we all, minus the pets, went to tip up town. no one went on the water this year & no contests except the poker run (Jackie got a full house). Saturday night went down to -10° (brrrr!) Sunday highs again in the teens but sunny. Mike, Skully & I went snowshoeing while Rob & jacckie went into town and Chris crashed on the couch. Supposed to be a big storm coming in tonight "storm of the Century" according to the waitress at T-N-T, so we are out of here before the snow starts to fly.
