7/12 - 7/16
Mike came up for 5 days w/ his dad and brother Mark. Mowed lawn, fished St. Helen on Fri. + caught some gill, perch, rock bass + walleye. Sat. went to Moon Lake to show Dad his property. Lake was down 4 feet + could not launch boat. Caught some gill from shore, + 1 11" small mouth. Fished S. branch near St. Helen w/ waders = worms and filled up 3 stringers w/ perch, rock bass, gill, (cannot read word) + (cannot read word). Invited Bud + Patty over for fish fry.
Sun fished Chapel +
Rainbow Bends. caught some 5-6" brookies @ Chaple on elk hair caddis + streamers. nothing @ bends.
Checked out Wakely Bridge + some other spots on main branch for future reference.
Mon - fished Tillmans in AM. caught 1 very small brookie on a light cathill. were biting on Blue wings in early AM.
Found forest rest on highbanks = checked it out w/ its tributary. Will fish it in future @ end of Pioneer rod.
Had good weekend, Entered bluegill contest in St. Helen, bought some baking soda for fridge + TONY TOOK THE CAR!
