Mike, Beth, Monica, Karl, Denise, Hannah, Dan and Skully came up for Mem. Day weekend. Some went canoeing, some went hiking, some went fishing and everyone enjoyed the campfire.

Dan, Denise and Hannah came up. They weeded the flower beds and tried to remove all the yarrow. Then planted a number of plants. Hannah got the small round bed ready to plant. She is going to pick out some things to put in it. The the three of them went and moved the Bear Lake cache again (It was to obvious). They also found a cache out by the Castle. Dan fished across from the Chapil while Hannah and Denise sat on the bank of the river. Dan caught a nice (not huge but not tiny) Brook Trout on a small grey dry fly. Hannah and Denise saw a Warbler believed to be a Magnolia Warbler. Sunday Hannah gave Denise a heart shaped necklace for Mothers Day. Dan gave his mom a peony and a Dianthus plant for Mothers Day. They then all went to the Limberlost for Mothers Day brunch. Dan removed the infamous Audrey entry from this log (He figured we were all sick of seeing it). It did end up loseing an entry from 8/25/00 - 8/26/00 when him and Rob went canoeing. The "Audrey Entry" has nothing of value to add.
