Mike, Beth, Chris, Mike and Rob all came up to the cabin this weekend. we had a wonderful pot roast made by Mike. All the alcohol was brought up from the house. We did our best, but still much remains. Everyone played Risk. Chris is the RISK GOD and the master of the butterflies. Mike Beth & Rob walked to the river with Skully. The river was high & moving. Skully got to wear her new shock collar. I think all agree that there are so many other applications for the collar.
It snowed Friday night, and most of it has thawed now on Sunday.
we took the rest of the metal scraps over to bud & Patty's. They were not home so I doubt that Patty will know.
Dan, Denise, and Hannah came up and tried to find geocaches. We got wet but found what we were looking for. We played Clue. Rainiest weekend on the face of the planet.
Mike, Beth, Skully, Dan, Matt all came up. Dan planted some Mums on Saturday, while Mike cleaned up the yard. Matt fought his way through 80 pages in some book, while I fought with Skully trying to teach her to come. We tried out her new "zapper". More would have been done except it started snowing! There are currently huge while flakes falling outside. Last night a bear took out the bird feeder pole and I made an apple pie with the apples from the front apple tree, not too bad. Dan brought up the futon and the blue chair to replace the couch and that nasty recliner. We also got rid of the spool. Matt moved the wood pile and he and Mike played horseshoes. mike hung "cabin" pictures. Nice weekend.
